Gee, another blonde girl in my comic. Who'd a thunk it. Actually, it just so happens that my fiance and my brother's wife are both blonde. And this girl happens to be Patti Hime, the anime babe version of my brother's wife. Where as Mat speaks in binary, she will speak in flowers and wingdings (just not this episode for some reason).
Next week, we'll focus on what James is doing. Why does the forest seem familiar to him? We'll see what he finds next Friday.
And so ends my first week of updating thrice. Ouch. It's actually 5am on Friday right now. I think I'm going to have to come up with a better solution to this drawing thing. I'm also attempting to finish a book that I am illustrating so I'll have to figure out something. That, and the jobby job may start in a week or two. Lots going on.
A few shout outs. Go to MacHall right now. Ian wrote a little ditty about how he does his work and gave me a little shout out so I want to return the favor. Check out his stuff and rejoice in its yummy zen. And a big hug to everyone who has come by to check this site out. I actually got some e-fan mail. I appreciate any and all emails people send so keep them coming. And don't forget the BBS.
You may notice that Moose Money Meter has changed color. I decided to color it whatever birth stone the month happens to be. November is topaz which actually comes in a variety of colors. I just picked this one cause it looks yummy.
You may also notice another banner beneith said meter. It's a happy link to those How to Draw Manga books. I must admit that I have never bought one, though I have picked a few up to flip through. They look very well writen for those who are not comfortable with drawing in a manga style, though they leave much to be desired for the more advanced artists. The site also offers a variety of supplies including screen tone, manga paper, the books of course, and nibs and pens. I use G pen nibs for my inking which you can purchase from these guys. That doesn't really explain why the link is there. So I'll let you in on a fun secret. See, if you link up to them and get them a number of hits per month, they'll send you fun free stuff like paper and screen tone and such. So if you're running low on supplies, check out their affiliate program and maybe you can get some good stuff. I'm going to try to see if they hold true to their word.
